reCaptcha language and other captchas

Hi there people!

I'm setting up my forum and I'm enabling reCaptcha for user registration. I'd like it to present the words in my language, not in English. How do I set it to work with different languages?

Also, what is considered to be the best captcha system (plugin) for XenForo 1.1.4?
