Jeremy in memoriam 1991-2020 Jul 15, 2013 #2 The caches hold a lot of pre-parsed information and stores templates and phrases so a query and processing isn't as necessary when front-end comes. When you install an add-on, these need refreshed with the new information. Upvote 0 Downvote
