XF 2.2 Rebuild

I get this error when I want to upload resources;
"You need to upload a file or provide an external download URL."

On the admin panel: "There are manual rebuild jobs pending completion. Keep running them." It's written like that.

But when I run it, it never ends. How can I solve this problem?

If the rebuild takes that long then it's indicative of a very slow/underpowered/poorly configured server.

You may want to get your host to look at improving things, or even move to a new host.
