XF 1.1 Rebuild Cache

I had a cache rebuild timeout and I was trying to figure out how to kick off a "Install Plugin" type of cache rebuild.

I saw the post about /install/ and rebuild master data...

Is that the same?

Is there a URL to run this rebuild manually?
