Add-on Rebooting Custom Markup For User Add-On

A few years ago I made the original Custom Markup for User add-on. @DarkGizmo has PM'd me asking if I would upgrade the add-on for 2.x.

I was wondering if there's any interest for this add-on still? (In 2020 I think they're rather tacky.) Maybe @IGN Engineering ?

My users absolutely loved this feature on XF1 and i'd love to see it be brought forward into XF2.x and beyond going forward. I'm sure my site isn't the only gaming/entertainment site that wouldn't mind having it.

In case you want to join efforts or would be okay with a somewhat more limited solution, we do have a free User Name Color add-on that provides some of those capabilities along with some extra features. It's currently published under our free product license, but if interest is there, we can talk about Open Sourcing it.

It's a great feature for certain forums.

I'd still like to see this for 2.2.0 when it's released. It makes a great premium user feature for gaming forums IMO.
