When testing / preparing an import, it is often necessary to perform several import runs.
Always having to re-enter the base configuration (DB connection settings, paths) is highly annoying and error-prone.
It would be so much easier if the configuration defaults could just be read from a file, this way the file would have to be created only once and could be reused several times.
