Re-new license, without resource manager

I want to renew my license, but i don't need the resource manger anymore,

the problem is when i try to make a ticket it says this:

"You must have at least one up-to-date license to access this page."


Can you remove the resource manager from my license, i want to renew it
its from the first license that i purchased on:
oct 2 2013 and expired Feb 2, 2017
