Not a bug RC3: Two date formats the same?

I see two date formats that appear to be the same in the RC3.

What I ask is that it appears as an option in the dialog box.

There are not the same. One is Day / Month / Year, the other is Mounth / Day / Year. 3 March is no good example for this

It might be good idea to specify the format (D/M/Y) in addition to the current date for that clueless like me did not report it as bug.
