Random unsolicited international calls? UK.

So over the past week or so I've been getting calls from international numbers - all +1 so USA-based. All calls barring 1 appear to be between 10pm-2am UK time.

So my question is - has anyone else? I'll list the numbers but just wondering if there's been a recent data leak that's exposed numbers?

Culprits:

+15125934452 (22:41 23/8)
+17044095797 (01:18 21/8)
+18555974511 (16:18 16/8 & 01:33 13/8)
+15125496004 (00:33 15/8 & 00:23 14/8)

You just block them and report them to your local telco.
 
if your inbound number is not in my contact list it goes to voice mail and never rings on my phone.
most spam/scammers will not leave a voicemail.
with the spamming of origination telephone numbers i think this is a good solution.
if it is important and a real call most will leave a voice mail.
 
Automated outbound diallers just dial any number they want, known or not. If they get an answer, it's routed to either an IVR responder or a human.
