Fair's fair, let Radio Caroline on the air!
Radio Caroline, the real boat that rocked, was the UK’s first and last offshore ‘pirate’ radio station, broadcasting from various ships between 1964 and 1990, the station continues to broadcast today on Sky 0199 and ONLINE.
A campaign has started to secure an AM broadcast band licence for her to return to the ‘proper’ airwaves in time for the station’s 50th birthday in 2014.
I've got 2 out of 3 MPs I've e-mailed to sign up to the Parliamentary Early Day Motion, so come on UK peeps get e-mailing!
