Implemented Quick simple Node On/Off option

Hello!

I would like to suggest a quick and super simple...


"Node Visible" Yes/No

Toggle in the ACP

Really frustrates me that you have to set permissions per group, when you might just want to hide a Node from everyone for a bit for whatever reason.

Sorry if this has already been suggested before, I did search, but it is a hard one to search on.

Nevermind... just had the "display in nodelist" option pointed out to me...
