i don't want google to index all my board
i only want google to index some forums

Not sure that works for Xenforo as thread URLs do not contain the forum name.

If you deny access for guests to a specific forum then Google cannot index the contents of that forum.

yes but i think too will cause some error to google and google my band my site if these errors show alot

No it doesn't. There are no SEO problems associated with denying access to guests. The restricted content will not be indexed and that's the end of it.
