Dear @Tracy Perry
Code works efficiently ... But how can I make the line thicker?
I do not know how to say in English in other words, how to be a thick line, solid or bold

Are you referring to the horizontal line between each one of the topics?
I'll have to look at that as I know it's a simple CSS edit, but currently I'm tied up styling one of my forums.

You can also use a different font-family in there to make it stand out.
You can even go to the point of using Google's fonts to do it with. Resource with some instructions for that at http://xenforo.com/community/threads/serve-google-fonts-locally.50947/#post-549024.
I've got to run to the bank to deposit a check so won't be back on the computer for about 30 minutes.
