I got some requests from users that don't like the question to be sticky in Q&A topics.
It seems to confuse people, the first post being displayed while you are on page 2 or 3 in the middle of thread.
So I would like to continue using q&a threads, and the ability to mark the solution, but with a admin configurable choice to show the first post as a sticky post, or just normal like all other threads. This is a global setting for the node.
