XF 2.0 Question about users browsers cache where they don't see a change we make right away?

If I change site-logo.png or the logo, users do not see it right away. Because of the cache in their browsers, they still see the old one.
Is there anyway for me, as admin, to force it to override their cache?
I did rebuild user caches on my side as I thought that might do it, but that doesn't change their cache.
What am I missing on this?

The best solution is to use a different image name for the site logo and also change that in the relevant places in the ACP e.g. Basic Options > Logo URL.

Yes that is what I thought would work
But one of my users reports that on Chrome that does not work.
He had to clear his images cache.
Any comments?
