XF 2.0 Query to move text from one custom user field to another

From a while back I have a redundant custom user field Country of Residence. I now use Location only and show it in the member user info message block.

So I want to move any text out of the custom user field and into the Location field (replacing any text that may already be there)

Does anyone know if this is possible?
