PWA Setup - Add utm_source option for automatic Google Analytics tracking

Please add an option field at /admin.php?pwa/ to allow admin entry of a value for utm_source variable added to the PWA start_url for automatic and simple Google Analytics tracking of PWA usage.

The current start_url is just ?_pwa=1 which is not easy and friendly for google analytics. Making it instead be ?_pwa=1&utm_source=<ACP value> means that PWA usage/acquisition will be automatically and easily available within google analytics under Acquisition | All Traffic | Source/Medium

For example, here's my xF 1.5 PWA google analytics tracking using the start_url containing ?utm_source=webapp ...
