XF 1.5 put adsense code after 1st post on each page

Hello dear,

i need help to insere adsense code after 1st post message in each page .

someone can help me to do it and put like an adsense avatar with the code after every first post message page

exemple : here :

No. All of my google ads are responsive and they seem to work well.
