Is your site allowed to send notifications in the browser you are using? Is the browser allowed to send notifications in the Android app settings? Upvote 0 Downvote

Get someone to send a conversation if you have notifications turned on for that. Or set a watch on a thread, make sure you notifications turned on for watched threads, then get someone to post in that thread. That's a couple tests I can think of right off. Upvote 0 Downvote
