Profile Post Edit History

It would be really nice to have the history of profile posts stored like thread posts are. Had a user change one today that caused problems and he changed it before I could read it.

This would be a relatively straight forward add-on. I've done it with thread titles purely because changes where not being tracked.

I think status/profile posts and logs of edits are just as important as threads and posts for the exact reason as mentioned by the OP.

@Glockie I haven't had any need for profile post edit history (well it hasn't been reported as such) on my own websites. So I haven't implemented it yet.
