Problems saving Templates

I am trying to add and change some Templates but it needs very long and at the end i get this error

But i am not sure what it means

It looks like there are too many transactions taking place (editing and then saving a group of templates), causing the table to be locked for too long. Does this happen if you edit one or two templates and then save?

Yes. also if i try just to edit one it needs very long till the template is saved.

You can try to optimize that table. And also you can try to restart your mysql server (if you can).
