XF 2.2 Problem with code in a widget

Hello
I have a widget which shows some html code

I have just added a new line which I want to take members to a page in an associated html website

<p><a href="https://nzissues.com/public_html/organisations1.htm/">my text here </a></p>

But when I click on the link it comes up with an error 404 page not found.

Any suggestions?
