XF 2.1 Problem while installing (HTTP Error 500)

Hello, I am trying to install xenForo 2.1 on my test server, but when I upload the files and go to myurl/install, the browser gives me the HTTP Error 500... some months ago, I solved this problem re-uploading my xf files. But now I don't know ways to do it... my error log does not say anything about this problem (var/log/nginx/error.log).

If I try with a xenForo 1 installation it works well, nut not with xf2.

I have never run into this problem until just now.
Same thing, attempting to get to the install folder gives me a 500 error.

For my situation, reinstallation worked. For whatever reason the /src/vendor folder didn't upload at all.

I did an upload/overwrite to track down what didn't upload.

I was simply on my forums going over to my staff section and now I have the HTTP 500 error on my site. Using newest Xenforo.
