XF 2.1 Problem emoticons on mobile / PC version

I have a question about emoticons.

In the mobile version they are displayed perfectly but in the PC version I have display problems.

In this example the flags (MOBILE)



and the flags (Chrome/PC) icon =ES



To what can it be?

After looking into this, it seems that there are no Windows versions which include flag emojis.

It's an OS level thing. On most devices they will appear fine but Windows just doesn't include the graphics so they display "ES" or the relevant country code instead.

I have two computers, both are new. This computer is new but this operating system is windows 7

Yes it's an OS level thing which is why it shows correctly on Android, but not on Windows.
