XF 2.0 Problem creating a custom field for each user.

I've created a closed forum specifically for my companies employees. I'm having the following issue:

Where it says "Registered" on the above image would be the perfect place for me to put which website they work on and what there position is, but I can't do this unless I create a unique group for each user, which wouldn't be an issue if I could copy/paste groups, but I can't, I have to go through every single permission for each group which is not reasonable...

Is there an easier way to achieve this? It has to be apparent which website the employee works for and their position, I don't want this information buried in the user profile pages I need it displayed on their posts.

yes you can use custom field option

go to admin panel -> User -> Custom user fields

and then click on add field button

and then specify the parameters.
