XF 2.0 Problem after VPS migration

Hello, I'm having a problem with my site I migrated my site to another vps, I backed up public folder with zip command and I backed up my database, I uploaded .zip file and imported database to the New one but now my site is broken, any help or advice ? I can pay for help this is my website:

Did you try a more direct cPanel transfer between servers?

Will your new host not offer support for the transfer? Most do.
