Snog submitted a new resource:

Prevent Email Change - Prevent users from changing their email address

This add-on prevents members from changing their email address if they belong to a user group that does not allow email address changes.

After installing the XML, go to your user group permissions and set the 'Can Change Email Address' permission for each user group the way you want it.

Bug:
If you want to change other contact details like social media there appears that your password is wrong, although you have no possibility to enter the password.

Thanks. This is due to the XF change of checking the user's password when they change their email address that was done quite a while ago.

I'll issue an update tomorrow.
