Add-on Prefix or Tag-based thread view permission?

Does anybody know of an add-on for XF1 that allows you to restrict certain usergroups from viewing threads that have a specific prefix or tag?

Have you looked at the Resource manager? If such an add-on already exists I guess it will be listed there.

I’ve looked everywhere but couldn’t find anything, that’s why I asked.

If I get a chance, I will look into it. I started a different addon that looks at links, images, and a few other things. I maybe able to add to it.
