Fixed Prefix menu does not trigger('change') for backing html attribute

Prefix menu does not call $select.trigger('change') for backing html attribute when the select is updated, so hooking via the 'change' event for when the prefix is changed doesn't work, as this event is not generated if the select is programically updated.
