XF 2.2 Prefill message subject / body

Is it possible to link to a PM with a user that has the subject and message prefilled with some boilerplate text?

The %20 are substitutes for spaces.

For a user name without a space and a DM with a single word title it would be: https://site.com/community/conversations/add?to=user&title=Test&message=Hello
