Thanks for this addon
You’re very welcome—I’m glad you’re enjoying the addon! If you have a moment, I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a rating. It helps others discover it and motivates me to keep building helpful tools for the community.
Thanks again!

As for your suggestion regarding tracking how many times a user has won POTW and displaying it in their postbit and member profile—this is a fantastic idea! It’s not currently built-in, but it’s on my roadmap as a potential feature in an upcoming release. We’ll make sure to explore this and keep you updated.

Just waiting on this feature to be added, then I’ll be ready to roll it out on my live site! 😁

Also, I really like the idea mentioned above about allowing admins and moderators to manually assign POTW. Sometimes the number of reactions doesn’t truly reflect the quality or effort behind a post, so having the option for a subjective decision makes a lot of sense.

Thanks so much for the feedback and enthusiasm!

I’m really glad to hear you're planning to roll it out on your live site once that feature is added. 😊 Tracking how many times a user has won POTW and showing it in the postbit/profile is still on my roadmap—it’s definitely something I want to implement in a meaningful and flexible way.

As for manual POTW selection by admins or moderators—completely agree with your point. Quality often goes beyond reactions, and I’m exploring ways to allow that functionality while keeping the experience intuitive. This one might land as a configurable permission or action—stay tuned!

Appreciate your continued interest and support. 🙌

Love the add-on but have one question. I have it installed on my 2.2 forum. I have it set to show a total of 5 weeks. What I expect to see is the 1st week's posts visible and the other 4 weeks as collapsed weeks I can click on to expand to see posts if I desire to. And that IS what I see but when I click on the expand arrow for additional weeks the posts won't show. I have figured out that this is because in settings, in the 'Posts per page' field I have it set to '10' (to show the most recent week's posts). But if I change it to '50', and reload the page ALL of the weeks show up one after the other expanded. If I recollapse them, leave, and come back, they are reopened.

Functionally (at least for me) that means I can either have multiple weeks expanded so folks can see prior weeks, or I have the additional weeks collapsed (but users are unable to view the posts even when they click the expand arrow).

Any thoughts? Maybe there is another setting I need to tweak?

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying the add-on! I appreciate you taking the time to identify the issue. Currently, I’m working on a sideline project, but I’ll definitely look into this when I get a chance. I believe this could be related to the 'Posts per page' setting or a potential conflict with the way the collapse/expand functionality is being handled. Once I’m free, I’ll investigate the issue and get back to you with a solution. Thanks for your patience, and I’ll be sure to address it as soon as possible!

@JohnLogar - Unfortunately, I had to disable the addon since it was breaking attached images (they were not showing in posts). Have you encountered this issue before? An ideas how to troubleshoot it and fix it? Using Xenforo 2.3.6.

Thank you for reaching out and letting me know about the issue. I haven't encountered this specific problem before, but it could be related to how images are handled within the addon settings. Unfortunately, I haven't tested it on XenForo 2.3.6 yet. If you could enable the addon again and send me more details or any error logs, I’ll take a look over the weekend and try to resolve it. I appreciate your patience, and I’ll make it a priority to troubleshoot this issue for you."

Thank you for the fast reply, appreciate it! :)

I enabled it again and there are no errors in the server log, nor in the Chrome error console. However, I think I (at least) figured out when exactly the problem occurs: It only breaks the attached images when the Widget is active on position "Thread view: Sidebar". I disabled this widget position and images are showing again. So, you should probably take a look and test why the widget is breaking the attached images when active in this position.

If you’re encountering this issue only on the widget, it’s possible that the “Hide Image” option is enabled in the backend settings. If you can share a screenshot of the backend options, it would help in troubleshooting the issue more effectively.

No, that option is not enabled.
