Can i suggest that you include the version in the zip file name? When I download, I have PostRating(9).zip and it's hard to keep track.
Make sure you don't have both TMS and normal template edits applied

Nope nope that wasn't me that was Azhria i am quite sure. I've always like the 50s retro diner route you took with that one. Infact I'm going to check and just confirm it wasn't me that said too much pink.

Can't ever have enough hot pink
I seem to noticed no other forum with the forum rating has this issue.. How do I fix the doubling issue? Like doesn't matter what they rate it there is also a extra like rating thing showing next to it even if it isn't a like rating.

Might be a style conflict - can you give me a link to your site where it happens?

Here is a example. It happens every where not just simply in 1 place. Any time a person even rates a post it will show a extra thumbs up button (aka the like) even if it is a like or not.
Seems to be a conflict with xenfocus
