Possible to override username minimum character limit?

I managed to have a user name with one character only (Y) in 1.1.3 (as a super admin as well) but now that I'm doing a new install with 1.1.4, it doesn't seem possible any longer. Is this possible somehow? E.g. Be, or Q, etc..

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> User Registration -> Username Length Limit

Thanks Jake. I set and it didn't take for some reason. Kept rejecting the addition of a new user, so I thought maybe I had to edit something to get a super admin with a short name. But then I went back in and tried it again and it worked.
