XF 1.3 Possible to batch edit "User State" to valid?

So currently I'm having some email notification problems on my new KH server (http://xenforo.com/community/thread...ing-after-server-migration.81305/#post-813561) and for the time being I'm trying to manually set new registrations to "valid" User State so they won't have to verify their emails but I can't seem to do this using batch edit.

Am I missing something?

Do you have phpMyAdmin?

Use phpMyAdmin determine how many rows have other than "valid" for the user_state in the xf_user table. If not too many you can just edit each row manually and change to "valid".
