XF 1.4 Possible to allow members to edit which forums they view?

In some research for a new project i noticed several requests from members as to if they could edit their forum listing—many forums they are not interested in and thus they would like a cleaner/shorter list to interact with.

Any ideas. I've tried a few cross searches for different terms and just haven't found the answer to this. Ideally we would include this via permissions for an upsell membership.

Search the Resources section using the word 'ignore'. You should find some add-ons that may meet your requirements.
