poll open to guests

Guests are not able to vote on polls, regardless of posting permissions.

Curious if this has been updated? It would be nice to let guests vote on specific polls if they have the URL or in specific forums or sub-forums. Dealing with this now.

It appears to be an option in user group settings, but changing it to "Yes" does nothing.

There is no way of tracking guest votes so it is hard coded in the php that guests are unable to vote.
