XF 1.2 Plugin Manager?

Is there a place where I can disable plugins of products like vbulletin? Specifically I'm trying to disable the mobile detect feature of tapatalk.

XenForo cannot manage any other software, so, I think the answer is no. If it is a specific feature of an add-on, you will need to contact the author of that add-on.
