Other Plugin: Allow Admins to Add HTML in User Titles, $40

Hello. I'd like to offer $40 USD for a plugin that allows the administrative usergroup to add HTML to user titles. At minimum, the plugin should allow the following:

<i>
<u>
<br/>

Virtually all forum software allows this modification. The custom user title should be able to implement html.

MyBB : Custom User Title Bolded with <b> </b> Tags

vBulletin 4: Custom User Titles Separated with <br/>
