Attempts to send emails to xxxxx@hotmail.com have failed. Please update your email.

Is there a place to set the user's restrictions with the undelivered email log? The default is to restrict the mail when it is wrong and detected. Where can I make these settings?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean but the bounce processing function in the ACP handles invalid email addresses.

Yeah. then the user's actions such as messages are restricted. Can we have permissions for this?

The permissions come from the Unregistered / Unconfirmed user group as it states.
