Please give a little hint for an invoice for addons

We have a wonderful pool of addons for our XF! Thanks for your engagement!

But please write in your announcements of addons or plugins if you will give the customer an invoice! There are a lot of customers of your addons who have a business site online and for that they need for the tax office an official invoice!

I would like to have an field in the announcement of new addons or plugins: invoice possibe/invoice not´

It is tiring to ask for an invoice every time!

Just for my own knowledge, wouldn't your receipt from PayPal suffice as a invoice?

I think that would be ok if there are some necessary information information is written:

Company name
Address

My experience with tax audits is that the they (HMRC in my case) only ever want to see bank statements that correlate with what is claimed. And for this purpose a paypal statement 9especially backed up with w receipt) is fine I am sure.

The excpetion would be if VAT is claimed, they may need to see an actual VAT invoice from the company and made out to the customer.

In the EU it is mandatory to charge VAT on automatically generated downloads so this can be an issue for anyone who is VAT registered
