XF 2.2 permissions issue

Hello all, I am having a weird issue. I have set my registered users group permissions as " yes" to most things.. but when I click on any random registered user and look at his permissions everything is set to " no" .. what am I missing? thanks in advance

That is correct.

User specific permissions only change when they are explicitly set for the user.

Permissions are inherited from the user groups the user is in.

To expand, if you want to see the exact set of permissions a user has and how that's derived, use the permission analyzer tool.
