Permissions after migration

Last night we migrated over from Vb4 and things went pretty smooth. However, Myself and one other are super admins, but we are having the hardest time getting full mod/admin rights on all boards? I feel weird having to post this but everything is checked and it appears as we should have all the rights as expected, but I see no moderation tools when viewing threads. All access to admin panel, etc is working fine, its just this moderation issue.

Administrators are not moderators and vice versa.

Administrator permissions do not apply to the front end, they are for the ACP only: http://xenforo.com/help/administrators/

You must explicitly make users moderators, regardless whether they are administrators or not: http://xenforo.com/help/moderators/
