XF 1.4 Permission settings from DB backup

Just wondering if a saved backup includes usergroup and node permissions. Other than the Basic Board Information what else would need re-entered?

A correctly done DB backup (or dump) will contain everything database related (nodes, users, posts, add-on settings, etc) to restore back to that point. You still would need the actual physical XenForo files and add-ons present of course.
