Permission problem

I ran into a problem today where i made new people moderators but they cannot see the moderator forum i have checked the permissions on the group and on the forum but nothing

any help?

Check the permissions for all groups they are members of.

Also, if it's a private node make sure they have been granted access.

it is a private node and i have check they do have access to view and post in it.

I can see the problem straight away.

You obviously didn't read the guide I linked you to concerning permissions across multiple usergroups.

You have used Never for the Registered user group.
