Group:

Members No

Promoted Yes

Forum Node A:

Members Yes

Promoted Inherit

(Both groups can see; correct)

Forum Node B:

Members Inherit (can't see; correct)

Promoted Inherit (can see; correct)

Once I added a parent, no go.
