XF 1.3 Performing moderation duties for normal users

I have suddenly discovered that some normal users last activity marked as «Performing moderation duties» (in mini profile). I've checked user's rights, but don't see any moderator privileges, so I suggest that this mean that user was editing their own post or their profiles status, but not sure. Please, could somebody confirm if my suggestion is correct?

No. When they're doing anything in their profile, it'll be "Managing account details."

Check and make sure they aren't moderators: Admin CP > Users > Moderators

I've already checked. They are not moderators and haven't special permissions.

UPD: The only permission that users have from all mod permission is «View warning details».
