Lack of interest PC Interval Prompt Improvements

OK, this is a really, really bad title (but will make sense once I explain it). The one thing that bugs me is that if I'm responding to a conversation between a few fellow members and someone responds and that response shows up with my reply, so you say "oh, that's quick" and reply and you get the rate limit of "wait another 20s before replying." A few seconds later, the "Post Reply" button is click able again and you get another error. In my mind, wouldn't it be better to set a timer / reactivation code to only occur after it is possible to post again? So after clicking the post reply, the button doesn't become active again for 20s...

I also like that idea..or even displaying the seconds left before allowed submission on the button itself.
