Hello!

I'm wondering if any developer would be able to code something that would enable us to implement a Paywall that would show based on cookies (so on the 3rd, or 5th, etc) pageview a user has done, the paywall is shown.

Yes that's a great starting point. Just that this add-on is unmaintained and lacks some needed customization abilities.
