If I change a subscribers sub amount in PayPal will that mess up the account on Xenforo?

I presume the question is related to user upgrades?

You can change the value for the user upgrade in the XF ACP and it won't affect existing subscribers - they will continue to pay the original amount they subscribed at.

I don't use PP - is it possible to alter the amount a forum member has subscribed to in PP?

You can, and you’ll get paid OK, but the upgrade in xF wont work, it always looks for the original ammount and falls over when it doesn’t get it.

That's what I suspected as there will be an error logged due to invalid amount.

So what I get from this is. If I have users paying a certain amount and I raise that sub price the current users will continue to pay the same and have access but new users will pay the new price.
