XF 2.2 Password complexity? 2.2

I've looked through threads here and it seems for some crazy reason that there are no password complexity controls that are native in Xenforo ?
My question is, is this still true? Can password control still not be achieved without 3rd party add-on?

If there are any Xenforo staff that read this, can you please introduce this in the soonest upcoming release possible? In today's day and age this is critical!
